سياسة الخصوصية

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يجمع متجر الحلا البيانات الشخصية عند استخدام الموقع https://alhala.technovexo.com أو تطبيق العملاء، وكيف تُستخدم وتُحفظ وتُحذف.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور بصورة مشفّرة. إذا اخترت الدخول بحساب Google نستلم المعرّف الأساسي والاسم والبريد الذي يتيحه ذلك الحساب.
• بيانات الطلب والتسليم: عنوان التسليم، وملاحظات الطلب، وسجل الطلبات، ووسيلة الدفع التي تختارها.
• إثبات التحويل: إذا دفعت بتحويل محلي قد ترفع صورة سند الدفع، وتُستخدم للتحقق من عملية الدفع فقط.
• الموقع: لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية. إذا منحت إذن الموقع يُستخدم لاختيار عنوان التسليم أو إظهار موقع المتجر.
• الإشعارات والجهاز: رمز الإشعارات الخاص بالجهاز، ونوع الجهاز، وإصدار التطبيق، وذلك لإرسال تنبيهات الطلب والإشعارات التي توافق عليها.
• الدعم: الرسائل التي ترسلها إلى المتجر بخصوص طلب أو حساب.

لا نطلب رقم البطاقة البنكية داخل التطبيق، ولا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

2. أغراض الاستخدام

• إنشاء الحساب وتنفيذ الطلبات والتسليم وخدمة العملاء.
• التحقق من التحويلات المحلية ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.
• إرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب والتنبيهات التي تختار استلامها.
• تحسين استقرار التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال.
• الالتزام بالمتطلبات المحاسبية والقانونية للاحتفاظ بسجلات البيع.

3. المشاركة

لا نبيع البيانات ولا نؤجرها. قد نعالجها عبر مزودي خدمة لازمين لتشغيل المتجر، وبالقدر المطلوب فقط:

• استضافة الموقع وقاعدة البيانات.
• Google Firebase لإرسال إشعارات التطبيق، وGoogle عند اختيار تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google.
• موظفو المتجر المخولون بتنفيذ الطلب والدعم.

قد نكشف بيانات إذا طلب ذلك أمر قضائي أو جهة مختصة وفق القانون اليمني.

4. الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب ما دام الحساب فعالاً. يمكنك حذف الحساب من شاشة الملف الشخصي في التطبيق. إذا وُجد طلب قيد التنفيذ فقد يُؤجل الحذف حتى اكتماله. سجلات الطلبات والفواتير قد تبقى للمدة اللازمة للمحاسبة وحل النزاعات ثم تُحذف أو تُجهّل. لطلب حذف أو نسخة من بياناتك راسل info@technovexo.com.

5. الأمان وخياراتك

نستخدم الاتصال المشفر عبر HTTPS وإجراءات وصول محدودة لحسابات الإدارة. لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بالكامل. يمكنك رفض إذن الموقع أو الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك، مع العلم أن بعض وظائف التسليم والتنبيه قد لا تعمل. يمكنك إغلاق حساب Google المرتبط من إعدادات حسابك لدى Google.

6. الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجهة لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. إذا بلغنا أن حساباً يخص طفلاً دون هذا العمر فسنحذفه.

7. التحديثات

ننشر أي تغيير جوهري على هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث. استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد النشر يعني الاطلاع على النسخة المحدّثة.

This policy explains how Alhala Store collects and uses personal data when you use https://alhala.technovexo.com or the customer app.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, phone number, email address, and a hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic identifier, name, and email that Google shares.
• Order and delivery data: delivery address, order notes, order history, and the payment method you choose.
• Transfer proof: if you pay by local transfer, a photo of the receipt may be uploaded and is used only to verify that payment.
• Location: we do not track location in the background. If you grant location permission, it is used to set a delivery address or show the store location.
• Notifications and device: a push token, device type, and app version, used for order alerts and notices you choose to receive.
• Support messages you send about an order or account.

We do not ask for a bank card number inside the app, and we do not sell personal data.

Why we use it

To create your account, fulfil and deliver orders, provide support, verify local transfers, prevent abuse, send order notifications, keep the app reliable, and retain sales records required for accounting and law.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. It may be processed by hosting providers, by Google Firebase for app notifications, and by Google if you choose Google sign-in, and it is visible to authorised store staff who fulfil orders. We may disclose data when required by a competent authority under Yemeni law.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is active. You can delete the account from the profile screen in the app. Deletion may wait until an in-progress order is completed. Order and invoice records may be kept for the period needed for accounting and disputes, then deleted or de-identified. Email info@technovexo.com to request deletion or a copy of your data.

Security, choices, and children

We use HTTPS and restrict admin access. You can deny location or notification permission in the device settings; some delivery and alert features may then be unavailable. The service is not directed at children under 13, and we delete an account if we learn it belongs to such a child.

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
